你們接受甚麽付款方式?What payment method do you accept?

你們提供全球送貨服務嗎?Do you offer worldwide delivery? 

我們提供全球送貨服務,訂單通常在 1 到 2 個工作日內發貨。

Yes, we offer worldwide delivery. Order are normally dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. 

如何追蹤訂單?How to track orders? 

我們將向您發送一封包含快遞名稱和跟踪號碼的確認電郵。您可以通過快遞網站跟踪貨件。

You will receive an email with the courier's name and tracking information after the purchase has been processed. You can always track your delivery using the courier's website. 

如何取消訂單嗎?How to cancel my orders?

我必須創建一個帳戶才能購物嗎?Do I have to create an account in order to shop?

你能自行決定註冊帳戶與否,登錄後,您之前購買的信息將被保存並在您下次訪問時自動填寫。

Registration for an Account is optional. Once you log in, the information from your previous purchases will be saved and automatically filled out when you check out on your subsequent visit.

送貨服務包括週日和公衆假期嗎?Are Sundays and holidays included in the delivery service?

週日和節假日不是快遞服務的送貨日。 

Sundays and holidays are not delivery days for courier services.

 

惡劣天氣會影響到貨日期嗎?Will severe weather have an impact on the delivery date?

在惡劣天氣下,所有送貨服務都可能停止。在這種情況下,您可以發送電子郵件至 shop@svicloudnet.com 與運輸公司或我們的客戶服務部取得聯繫,以獲取有關運輸的更多信息。

All delivery services could be halted during severe weather. You can get in touch with the shipping firms or our customer care by emailing shop@svicloudnet.com for additional information about shipping.

如何更換有缺陷的產品?How can I exchange a defective product?

We make every effort to ensure that the goods we send to you are of the finest quality. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy if you believe the goods you got has a flaw or malfunction. If a replacement product is not available, your account will be credited. If a product is damaged during shipping or is defective BEFORE use, a return or refund may still be an option.
