Easy Returns & Refunds

At SVICloud TV, we aim to provide you with top-notch products that exceed your expectations. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we've got you covered with our hassle-free return and refund process. Take a look at the guidelines below to understand how it works.

Returning an Item

If you need to return an item for any reason, you have 14 working days from the date of delivery to initiate the process. Here's how it works:

  1. Drop Us a Line: Shoot an email to shop@svicloudnet.com with the details of your return request.
  2. Include the Paperwork: Attach a copy of your order confirmation or invoice, along with photos of the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Sit Tight: Our team will get back to you within 2 working days with further instructions on how to proceed.

Please don't send the item(s) back until you hear from us and receive the go-ahead.

Shipping It Back

The cost of return shipping depends on the reason for the return:

  • Our Mistake: If we sent you a defective item or the wrong product, we'll cover the shipping cost and provide you with a prepaid label.
  • Change of Heart: If you simply changed your mind, you'll be responsible for the return shipping charges.

In case you're handling the return shipping, make sure the item(s) reach us within 7 working days from the date of approval or the agreed-upon date. We'll provide you with the return address.

Keeping It in Good Shape

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these guidelines:

  • Return the item(s) in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  • Use appropriate packaging materials to prevent any damage during transit.

If the returned item(s) are not in their original condition or get damaged during shipping (not due to the carrier's fault), we reserve the right to deduct the cost of repair from your refund.

Exchanges and Replacements

If available, we may offer a replacement for the original item you purchased. Replacement item(s) will be shipped within 7 to 14 working days after we receive the return and complete our quality checks.

Canceling an Order

  • Within 24 Hours: If you want to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it and before it's shipped, we'll charge a cancellation fee of 10% of the order amount.
  • After Shipping: If you want to cancel an order after it's been shipped (buyer's remorse), you'll need to return the items within 14 days of delivery. A restocking fee of 30% of the order amount will apply.
  • Partial Cancellation: If you want to reduce the quantity of an item after placing an order, it'll be considered a partial cancellation, and a cancellation fee of 10% of the cancelled amount will be charged.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, you can return it within 14 days of delivery by contacting shop@svicloudnet.com. Our team will guide you through the return process.

A defective item is one that has a material imperfection in its manufacture or design, making it less acceptable, useful, or safe than reasonably expected. The defect must be inherent to the item due to a manufacturing or design fault and not caused by misuse.

Once we receive the defective item, we'll inspect it to determine if the defect is covered under our warranty policy. If it is, we'll offer one of the following options:

  • Repair: We'll repair the defective item and send it back to you in a reasonable timeframe.
  • Replacement: If the item can't be repaired, we'll replace it with the same model or a comparable alternative, subject to availability.
  • Refund: If repair or replacement isn't feasible, we'll issue a refund for the defective item.

Please note that the warranty doesn't cover defects or damages resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, or unauthorized repairs.

Getting Your Refund

Refunds for eligible returns, cancellations, or defective items will be processed within 14 working days after we receive the returned item(s) at our facility. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

If the refund is for a cancelled order, the refund amount will be the total amount paid minus any applicable cancellation or restocking fees.

Items That Can't Be Returned

Certain items are non-refundable and can't be returned unless they're defective. This includes:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Digital downloads or software licenses
  • Gift cards or vouchers
